Starpointe Ventures’ Role: Starpointe Ventures represented the Owners of the property and co-brokered the property to potential residential builders. Starpointe Ventures is supervising the processing of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Conditional Use Permit, Transfer of Development Rights, Park Plan and Tentative Tract Map to convert the existing industrial/office zoning to residential. Other project requirements include an Affordable Housing Plan and Subsequent EIR.
Date of City Approval: September 2006. Project purchased by Hines and reverted to Office/Industrial.
