Starpointe Ventures' Role: Starpointe Ventures is supervising the processing of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Conditional Use Permit, Park Plan, and Tentative Tract Map to convert the existing office\industrial zoning to residential. Other project requirements include an Affordable Housing Plan and Addendum to the IBC Program EIR.
