Starpointe Ventures' Role: Starpointe Ventures successfully obtained a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Master Plan with Design Guidelines, Park Plan, Development Agreement, Community Facilities District, Tentative Tract Map, Transfer of Development Rights, and Affordable Housing Plan to convert the existing office/industrial zoning to mixed-use.
