Description: Central Park West was approved in 2004 for a total of 1,380 residential units, 90,000 square foot office tower and 19,700 square feet of retail. The modified Master Plan for Central Park West proposes a total of 1,275 residential units, 26,688 square feet of retail and eliminates the office building.
