Location: Northeast corner of Jamboree Road and Campus Drive, Irvine, California

Client: Opus West Corporation/Geoffrey Edmunds & Associates

Starpointe Ventures' Role: Starpointe Ventures successfully obtained a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Conditional Use Permit, Park Plan, and Tentative Tract Map to convert the existing office zoning to residential. Other project requirements included an Affordable Housing Plan and Addendum to the IBC Program EIR.
