Starpointe Ventures' Role: Starpointe Ventures supervised the processing of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Conditional Use Permit, Park Plan, and Tentative Tract Map to convert the existing institutional zoning on the former Vista Verde School site to residential. Other project requirements include an Affordable Housing Plan and EIR.
