Starpointe Ventures’ Role:

In addition to representing the property owner, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, on the project entitlement, Starpointe Ventures managed the land development process for delivery of buildable lots to the purchasers of the property. The land development process included grading, site utilities, landscaping, park improvements, environmental monitoring\remediation, easements and streets. Numerous off-site improvements were also required including streets, traffic signals and landscaping.
